Meet Heather

Heather is an experienced creative stylist and makeup artist at The Hair Emporium. With over 12 years of experience, she is highly skilled and accomplished in the field of hairdressing. Heather embarked on her professional journey right after leaving school, starting with her Level 1, Level 2, and Level 2 barbering, She then achieved her Level 3 in hairdressing whilst working at SAKS in Whalley. Throughout her career, she has consistently pursued additional training, particularly in coloring, extensions, and makeup techniques. Specializing in various coloring methods, Heather also offers cutting, blow-drying, and hair-up services for all occasions, alongside different hair extension techniques.

 

Her fascination with makeup began at a young age, inspired by watching her favorite makeup artists. Heather further honed her skills by attending classes, including those led by Made by Mitchell and training at the Plouise Academy in Manchester. Having worked in various salons in the Ribble Valley area, Heather has accumulated a wealth of experience which makes her the consummate professional she now is. 

 

At the age of 20, Heather ventured into self-employment, driven by her passion for making people look and feel their best. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her commitment to providing exceptional salon experiences for her clients. Always eager to expand her knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends, Heather remains proactive in seeking out new techniques and advancements in the ever-evolving world of hair and makeup.
